Refund Policy

Refund details: Read before filing for Refund

Minimum no. of days for Processing the Order Placed is 7 Working days
Order cancellation is allowed only within 2 Days from the Date of Payment / Order placement.
Only Cancellation requests coming during this period will be considered for Refund according to our Internal Policy
mallaiahsweets does not process a refund request coming after 2 days of Placement of Order, This order is considered to be done.
mallaiahsweets releases Debit and Net Banking refunds within 15 business days from the time of your request. Refunds for other forms of payment are released with 25 business days.
mallaiahsweets provides the refund in the same manner in which you paid for the product.

Net Banking and Debit card refunds are credited against the concerned bank accounts
DD / Cheque / Cash refunds will be credited in the form of Cheque issued by concerned authority in the name of the Payee stated
If you purchased from a reseller, you will receive a refund by checkque. Checkque refunds can take additional 7-10 business days due to mailing time (depending on the location of the Payee). Refund amounts are calculated after excluding the mailing / courier charges
